Spanish-English Administrative Assistant
Green Building by Design, Inc. is in the business of designing and building custom homes in California. We are looking for an individual to help us with the administration of everyday tasks.
This position requires communicating in English and Spanish by phone, email, and text. Therefore, the most important requirement for this position is Spanish and English-speaking ability. For all other functions, we will provide training. Therefore, the applicant must be interested in learning about design and construction. All functions of this position can be performed at home from a computer.
Bookkeeping:
• Enter expenses and refunds.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Process payroll.
• Process payments to vendors.
Construction Assistance:
• Enter project expenses.
• Watch for online transactions and follow up with card users by phone, text, or email.
• Prepare construction invoices.
As-Built Plans Assistance:
• Enter proposals and send them to clients.
• Schedule new project site inspections.
• Send invoices to clients.
Design Assistance:
• Prepare invoices for design projects.
General Office:
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Applicants must be interested in learning about design and construction.
• Part-time or full-time considered.
