A Passion for Design and Construction
In 1999, siblings Rosa and Mariano Velazquez founded a design studio with the goal of providing services to homeowners in the Los Angeles Beach Cities. Over the years, our studio has expanded to support fellow designers and architects with construction drawings, renderings, and as-built plans. In 2014, we became licensed General Contractors, allowing us to offer a complete, end-to-end solution to our design clients. Today, we also support fellow contractors with select trade services.
Our vision is to continually improve how information flows from preliminary design through construction completion—by digitizing it, managing it, and sharing it intelligently. With this in mind, we have created separate brands to better serve our diverse clients: homeowners, fellow designers, and fellow contractors.
